This November, the Warrenton School Board is putting forward a construction bond as part of long-term vision for our local schools.  Our schools need improvements in safety and security – including staged construction of schools outside the tsunami inundation zone. With future growth projections over of the next decade, addressing overcrowding is a priority. Mike Moha joined the District in January 2008.  Prior to working for Warrenton-Hammond School District, he served as Payroll Clerk for Astoria School District and was a Senior Payroll Specialist at Paychex, Inc. in Denver Colorado.

He graduated from Western State Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado with a bachelor's degree in Business in 1997 and earned his MBA from St. Leo University in 2009.  He and his wife have been living in Warrenton since 2000 and have three children who attend Warrenton Schools. He volunteers in the children's ministries at his church and helps with coaching various youth sports.

His associations include the Society for Human Resource Management, American Payroll Association, and Oregon Association of Business Officials. He is also the Board Chair of the Warrenton Business Association and sits on the Warrenton Planning Commission.
