School closures and delays will be announced on the district home page. In the absence of any message, school will run on time, without delay. Notification of closure/delay will occur as soon as possible. Radio stations and news media will continue to be notified with up to date information.
ParentSquare Phone and/or Email Notification
In the event of a school closure, delay, or emergency situation, households will be notified via the ParentSquare notification service. The system will begin contacting families through there preferred contact method set up in their ParentSquare account as soon as a closure or delay decision has been made in order to reach all students and staff in a timely manner.
Please make sure your contact information in ParentSquare is up to date. You can update your information through your ParentSquare account or contact your student’s school office to update your contact information.
The Warrenton-Hammond School District also has several resources parents can proactively check for school closures in the case of inclement weather. Updates are made as situations occur.
